Great hotel - focus more on sustainability

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is doing a lot on sustainability (refillable glass water bottles rather than plastic, for example) but they are letting themselves down in other ways. I always remove the card and turn off lights when leaving the room so that lights and aircon don't stay on all day but every day, I came back to find the housekeeping staff had left it in and turned all of the lights back on.

It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. The first phase of this project has been completed. Dubai Marina was inspired by the Concord Pacific Place development along False Creek in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
